I almost crashed driving around the beltway in Atlanta during a heavy...

...rainstorm. They had idiots driving slow with their flashers on...thought I was coming up on a wreck and slammed on my brakes swerving to avoid the "stopped" vehicle...then I noticed they were rolling in the middle of the beltway around 25mph.

Do they teach that in driver's ed now?
